Rates

Minimum flat fee: US $10.00 (up to 333 words)

Standard rate for texts in MS-Word: starting at US $ 0.04 per word, depending on difficulty, urgency, and formatting requirements.

There is no surcharge to work accepted outside normal business hours.

Short and simple texts not exceeding 2 pages can, depending on the language pair and availability of a translator, be returned within 5 hours or less.

Discount for first-time and long-term customers

First-time customers receive a discount on their first translation project. Please ask for details: Contact

Translating is what I do best, however marketing and promoting a business is a necessity, especially in today's over-communicated business world. Regular clients help me focussing on the translation side and saving on the marketing side. To show my appreciation to regular clients, I will pass on these savings to them.

Payment

Invoices are payable upon receipt , at the latest 30 days after the date of their issuance; late payments are subject to a 2% monthly surcharge.

PayPal or wire transfers to a German or American bank account are available as payment methods. In latter case we will provide you with the IBAN and BIC codes.

The client assumes fees related to payment or transfer of funds.
